MISSION
The Service First Funding team is a select group of mortgage lending professionals dedicated to providing excellent customer care and efficient service - all delivered within a professional and caring environment. We provide complete information and research regarding each individual client's situation, and we work hard to find mortgage lending programs that fit each client's needs. Service First Funding strives to offer a rewarding experience to both our clients and our staff.
PROGRAMS
Because Service First Funding is a loan brokerage company, we are able to offer a large variety of loan programs. We are also able to shop interest rates and fees, which allow us to match, and usually beat, other company's rates and fees. At Service First Funding we take the extra time to educate our clients on their loan options in order to find the program that best fits their needs.
STAFF
Service First Funding offers in-house Processing, Document Drawing, and Funding Departments. We have over 20 years of experience in the mortgage lending business, and we keep our staff up-to-date on the newest and most innovative loan programs. Our Funding Department allows us to draw our own loan documents. This process ensures that the funding of all loans occurs in a timely and efficient manner.
Service First Funding is also home to a knowledgeable staff of Mortgage Specialists and Loan Officers, who regularly attend training seminars and other events that help keep them informed and ahead of the curve.
